Metairie, La. - The left lane of I-10 westbound will be closed tonight, August 26, from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. between Clearview Parkway and the Transcontinental Drive overpass. The left lane of I-10 eastbound will be closed from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. between Veterans Blvd. and Clearview Parkway. Workers will be preparing the lanes for Contraflow, should the threat of Hurricane Isaac cause Contraflow to be implemented.

Geaux Wider NOLA is a multi-year construction initiative to widen Interstate 10 from six to ten lanes between Clearview Parkway and Veterans Memorial Boulevard.
